A traffic accident on westbound I-94 near Jackson Avenue was backing up traffic Wednesday evening.
A Washtenaw County dispatcher said the call came in for the accident at 5:30 p.m. By 6:15 p.m., the dispatcher said the accident was going to be cleared up shortly. There were no lanes closed due to the accident.
The dispatcher also said there were accidents reported on westbound I-94 at South Harris Road and southbound U.S. 23 near Geddes Road that were causing traffic issues during Wednesday's rush hour.
No more information was immediately available.
