United Bank & Trust adds new Washtenaw community president

United Bank & Trust announced the addition of a new Washtenaw community president Tuesday morning. Raymond Webb will leave his current position as senior vice president of retail banking at Fifth Third Bancorp in Cincinnati, Ohio, to take on the new role.

“We are very excited to have Ray join United and lead our efforts in the Washtenaw and Livingston markets,” United Bank & Trust chief banking officer Todd Clark said in a statement.

Prior to the announcement, Clark had been serving as chief banking officer of United Bank & Trust, executive vice president of United Bancorp, Inc., and Washtenaw community president. He will retain his positions as chief banking officer and executive VP.

Webb has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, and will be responsible for leading the bank’s five branches in Washtenaw county as well as its Brighton location.
