One of the three suspects accused of breaking into a Saline pharmacy has been arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering, court records indicate.

Tammy Hopkins, 40, of Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime on Jan. 19.

She is one of three suspects accused of breaking into Jensen’s Community Pharmacy, 968 E. Michigan Ave., early on Nov. 17 with two men and stealing prescription pills for urinary problems, headaches and anxiety.

A 21-year-old Belleville man and a 33-year-old Ypsilanti man are expected to be arraigned on the same charge. Warrants were filed in the Washtenaw County Trial Court for the two men Thursday. Police said they are being held at the jail in Monroe County, where all three were arrested for a similar pharmacy break-in.

Saline police believe the trio -- including a fourth man not charged in Washtenaw County -- are involved in pharmacy break-ins all over southeastern Michigan.

AnnArbor.com will publish the names of the two men when they are formally arraigned on the charges related to the Jensen’s Pharmacy incident.

A preliminary examination for Hopkins is scheduled for Jan. 29, according to court records.

She is being held at the Washtenaw County Jail with a $25,000 cash bond
