9:38 a.m. update: All lanes are now open.
A semi driver lost control of his vehicle on slippery northbound U.S 23 north of Milan, causing it to jackknife in the median Friday morning.
Three other vehicles spun out in in the same area of the freeway, Milan Fire Chief Robert Stevens said. No one was seriously injured in any of the crashes, he said.
The truck ‘s trailer was partially overturned in the median north of Willow Road, Stevens said. One lane was blocked for about 15 minutes, but as of 7:40 a.m. all lanes were open, Stevens said. Closure of the freeway may be necessary at some point to right the truck, he said.
The crash occurred about 6:45 a.m., he said.
Several other crashes were reported on Ann Arbor-area roads and freeways as motorists coped with an overnight snowfall.
