A registration plate was stolen off a parked vehicle while it sat in a parking lot on 700 block of Green Road in Ypsilanti early Friday morning.
The Ypsilanti Police Department report the victim suspected the incident took place between 2 and 3:30 a.m.
There are no suspects at this time.
