A man rammed his blue pickup truck into a bystander and his vehicle at a parking lot in the 2100-block of Fuller Road on Thursday morning, reported the University of Michigan Police Department.
Diane Brown, U-M police spokeswoman, said the victim had a verbal exchange with the suspect "quite a ways away" from the parking lot and it's likely the suspect followed the victim there.
At the parking lot, the suspect struck the victim's vehicle with his truck. The victim stepped in front of his vehicle and was struck multiple times before the suspect left.
The victim did not require medical attention.
The suspect is described as a 6-foot, 280-pound, white male with dark, curly, unkempt hair, wearing glasses and a green coat.
