Milan Bakery owner David Snyder told the Milan News Leader for a story published today that the shop will reopen to the public Tuesday.
The announcement comes after the bakery suddenly closed Sept. 20 as the owners re-assessed the business, according to reports.
The bakery will reopen as usual Tuesday, although hours will be cut on weekends and menu will see some tweaking, the News Leader said.
The bakery posted this statement on its Facebook page: We've headed back to the drawing board to re-evaluate some things and come up with better ideas that we feel will help us along the way. We cannot be more thankful for a world of support from our community as well as admirers from afar. We certainly look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday. Thanks to all of our employees who continue to work hard to make this bakery such a great place.
