Two men robbed a pedestrian at gunpoint Saturday afternoon in Ypsilanti Township, police said.
The victim was walking in the 1200 block of Leforge Road about 3 p.m. Saturday when he was approached by two men, one of whom brandished a gun while the other went through his pockets and took cash.
The robbers then ran away on foot, he told police. Washtenaw County sheriff’s deputies used a police dog to try to find the men but could not.
One suspect was described as a black man about six feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing white shoes, maroon sweatpants, a black hooded sweatshirt and a black mask.
No description of the other suspect was available.
