A semi-truck got a little too close to an Ann Arbor gas station on Wednesday morning, damaging the building and forcing it to close.
The truck hit the building at 1420 E. Stadium Blvd. at about 6:45 a.m., according to Ann Arbor Fire Department officials who were called to the scene.
"Units arrived and found a semi that hit the Circle K gas station and rip(ped) part of the face/roof off," according to a news release.
No injuries were reported in the incident, but officials had to evaluate whether the building was structurally sound.
Ann Arbor police also had to determine how to dislodge the Allied Van Lines semi.
There's no word yet from police on what caused the collision.
Employees of the gas station were not available Wednesday morning to comment.
