Ann Arbor police Lt. Renee Bush said officers were sent to the Maynard Parking Structure, 324 Maynard St., at 12:52 a.m. Friday after receiving a vandalism complaint. When they arrived, officers found the 18-year-old Ann Arbor man still in the area and placed him under arrest.
Bush said two Republic Parking employees saw the man painting graffiti in the parking structure. It’s believed the same man is responsible for graffiti in 12 different locations throughout the parking garage.
It’s unknown at this point how much it will cost to clean up the vandalism, Bush said.
