A laptop, iPad and jewelry were reported stolen from a home in Ann Arbor during a Memorial Day weekend home invasion while the resident was away, according to police.
Ann Arbor police Lt. Renee Bush said the break-in took place between noon Friday and 8 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of South Fifth Avenue. A resident returned home Sunday evening to find a screen removed from a window and an unlocked back door.
Bush said the laptop, iPad and jewelry were the only items reported stolen from the home. Police do not have any suspects in the incident as of Tuesday morning.
Anyone with information on the break-in is encouraged to call the Ann Arbor police anonymous tip line at 734-794-6939 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK UP (773-2587).
